New Music: ESPN’s NBA Countdown Premieres New PRhyme Track “Rocking With The Best”

0

NBA Countdown (ESPN’s NBA Pregame Show) has developed an excellent reputation for its stellar music selection and it only added to it by selecting PRhyme (DJ Premier & Royce Da 5’9) to deliver its new theme “Rocking With The Best” which ran for the first time on Friday night (January 8th) and included a shout out from Jalen Rose to Preemo and Royce.

“The title describes us (PRhyme) and it describes the competition that goes along with basketball. It’s the attitude that you need, so we wanted this track to carry that vision” Premier relayed to ESPN.

Royce also chimed in, lamenting that having a PRhyme track serve as the backdrop for NBA Countdown is a big deal “Being recognized for our talents and having the opportunity to work with ESPN and the NBA is next level. You forget the magnitude of your work until your father calls you and says he just heard you on ESPN---that’s when it really hits you.”

Gossip Hour: Did Gilbert Arenas Put His Children In Danger?

0

It seems as if Gilbert Arenas might have gotten himself into a little bit of trouble when he decided to post up a 15 second video on Instagram of him and his 4 children riding around on his Polaris Slingshot. Now, some might be thinking...well what's wrong with Gilbert Arenas and his kids riding around in his car? Here's the GOSSIP:

Gilbert had his 8 year old son, Elijah, on the hood of his car holding onto dear life! Once the video was posted on the gram, Laura Govan (who is a friend to the site) was none too happy about her child being in harms way. In all fairness, if I saw any of my children in a situation where harm could be a possibility, I would definitely be feeling a way. Couple that emotion with the fact that Gilbert and Laura aren't getting along too well lately....and you have yourself a problem!

Laura's lawyers were quickly contacted and emails were sent to Gilbert Arenas about custody and parental privileges being taken away. The video was quickly taken down from Gilbert's Instagram page, but TMZ.com was sure to rip the footage before that was done.

Take a look at the footage for yourself below:

Do you think what Gilbert Arenas did was wrong and reckless? Or was he just trying to have some innocent fun with his kids? Leave your comments below!
