Congratulations are in order for Ciara and her boo Russell Wilson!
Russell popped the big question to Ciara who happily replied YES! And may I just add that the size of the ring on Ciara's finger is outrageous!! I'm sure the size of that rock made things a whole lot easier for her to say yes! I kid! But dang that ring is massive!
