Stevie J & Mimi Faust Get Jumped At CIAA

0

This past weekend was CIAA and I was scheduled to do an interview with Stevie J on Sunday. Things didn't work out and I never got to get my one on one interview with Stevie J because apparently Stevie J was jumped at "Empire Lounge" out here in Charlotte, North Carolina! Now I know why I never got the interview!!

Anywho, it seemed that security for "Empire Lounge" had roughed up some patrons who assumed the roughing up had to do with Stevie J hosting the club that night. So when Stevie was ready to leave the club, with Mimi Faust in tow, they were jumped by the roughed up patrons!

Peep the melee below:

There are rumors that the van Stevie and Mimi drove in was shot up, but Stevie J says that is a lie! I have no idea if that part is true or not, but I'm hoping its not true! Getting shot at over not being allowed entry into a club is absolutely ridiculous! We need to do better people!

Cam Newton Walks Off Of Press Conference

0

Cam Newton recently made headlines after walking out of a press conference being held immediately after the "Super Bowl" on Sunday.

Many were saying that Cam was a sore loser and that was the reason he dashed out of the conference, but others are saying Cam walked out of the conference because of Broncos cornerback, Chris Harris.

If you watch the footage closely, you'll notice that Cam isn't even paying attention to what the reporter is saying, but he's intently listening to what the other team member are saying on his side of the conference room....which by the way, was pretty loud!

But check it out for yourselves below:

Twitter wasted no time getting at Cam. You can check out some tweets below:

Gossip Viv Speaks To Teens At ImaginOn Center In Charlotte, N.C.

0

Just yesterday I went to the ImaginOn library in Uptown Charlotte and spoke to a room full of teens in the "Lucrative Pop Culture" program. Hence, the reason why I was not able to update my site. :)

The turn out was great and I spoke to teens about employment opportunities outside of your regular 9am-5pm. The teens who aged in range from 13 years old to 18 years old were eager to hear about what was available to them and how they themselves can enter into the world of entertainment. I did stress the importance of continuing education and going to college to find out exactly what it is they feel they want to do for their futures.

The photo above was taken with just a few students from the "Lucrative Pop Culture" program. However, I plan to do more speaking engagements at ImaginOn and it is a wonderful place to take your children.

ImaginOn has sooo many activities for your child or children to do, they will NEVER get bored! There's a children's theater, a library, an area where you can film, edit and create your own footage if you wanted to make a video, there's a studio in there if someone felt they wanted to become a singer or rapper and much, much more!

If you'd like to check out ImaginOn and everything they have going on, their address is 300 East 7th Street in Charlotte. They're pretty dope!
